Westside Christian Church

OUR HISTORY

Westside Christian Church was established March 8, 1972, meeting in homes until May 7, 1972. After that time services were held in the garage of Mildred and Elbert Durham until moving into a storefront on North Cumberland Street, February 5, 1978.  Our first service in the present location at 721 West First North Street was April 3, 1983.​​

The Charter Members at the first meeting were:

The Susan White Ladies Circle was established on May 12, 1972.

David Barnes served as Minister of Westside Christian Church from July 1992.  David also returned and began serving October 1999 - 2001. 

Dr. Christopher Rollston served as Minister from 2003 - 2013.
